Company Bio and Background
Sprocket Software Development, Inc. (SSDI) was founded in 1996 by business partners Chris Vaught and Patrick Miranda as a custom software development company specializing in Microsoft .NET and SQL technologies using low-cost, non-proprietary hardware components. Prior to founding SSDI, Chris and Patrick collectively spent 30+ years working for one of the world’s largest parking operation/management companies where they developed and maintained several industry software applications/systems for employees, customers and location management employees.
In early 2000, the LPI Tracker software was developed and put into operation as a high functioning, easy-to-use and low cost solution to maintain overnight License Plate Inventory primarily for airport locations throughout the United States. The software is so user friendly that most installations and trainings are done remotely via RDP or online conferences. Now 15 years later, the LPI Tracker is still the most functional and cost effective mobile LPI solution in the market place. SSDI continues to support its users with very reliable technical support along with new features to make the LPI Tracker software even more robust for its users (Tablet compatible, location mapping and voice recognition input).
